Yes! You may "mix and match" the CDs for the quantity discounts listed below!

    • Family Pak (3-9 CDs)

    • Group Pak (10-19 CDs)
    • $10.00 ea.
    • Distributor Pak (20-49 CDs)

If you are unable to print the order form, you can mail a handwritten request to:

Please include the following in your request:

  1. Mailing address
  2. Telephone/E-mail (in case we need to contact you regarding your order)
  3. The number of CDs you are ordering and the total cost (including shipping and tax, if applicable)
  4. WA state residents, please add 8.6% tax to the total cost of the CDs and Shipping
  5. Check or Money Order payment (U.S. currency only. Please do not send cash.)
